EDU4Standards is a  research project funded by the European Union and it aims to innovate standardisation education within European Higher Education Institutes. 

With standards as key drivers for economic growth, the project addresses the underutilisation of standardisation in education and research. Despite its importance for achieving strategic initiatives like the European Green Deal, standardisation education indeed remains fragmented and limited to date.

Our comprehensive approach includes developing engaging teaching concepts, raising awareness through events, expanding education courses, building a community of educators and learners, and establishing an EU Student Standardisation Association. Coordinated by Fraunhofer ISI, the consortium unites 17 partners from 11 countries, signaling a significant move towards embedding standardisation in the European educational framework.
