Description:

The University of Belgrade is a public research university in Belgrade, Serbia. It provides an especially productive environment for the development, advancement, and comprises 31 faculties with different backgrounds, including social sciences and humanities, medical science, sciences and mathematics, technology and engineering sciences.

The Faculty of Organisational Sciences (FON), a part of the University of Belgrade, has become a leading and referential educational and scientific institution in the fields of information systems and technologies, as well as management and organisation.

The Faculty practices openness, intensive communication with its environment, and continuous international cooperation, while the University of Belgrade implements a unique policy to consistently enhance the quality of programs and improve research activities.


Role in the project:

The University of Belgrade and its Faculty of Organizational Sciences are involved in all of the 4 Work Packages and lead the Task 2.3 of WP2. This is to produce the innovative teaching concept use guide for standardisation education for different teaching venues and professional engagement and a hierarchical model of intended learning outcomes (ILOs) in accordance with competencies and skills needed by the industry, define priorities for addressing the gaps in standardisation education knowledge.

The university also leads the Task 3.2 of WP3: Pilot at university B.Sc. level. This task will develop a curricula framework (based on WP2) and implement the same into the existing B.Sc. course and create online components such as videos are offered next to, e.g., regular interactive lectures. The pilot will also be implemented and enriched by serious game elements. The set of pilots is chosen with a goal to evaluate the utility of ITCoS and the learning given the aforementioned heterogeneity of teaching environment.
