Short bio
Ian Gardner was appointed to lead the IEC Academy team in June 2022.
Since then Ian has been working on developing the department to best support the community as we move forward with the IEC Strategic Plan, digital transformation and other initiatives.
Since joining the IEC in 2020, originally as the Online Learning and Development Coordinator, achievements have included the launch of the IEC Academy online learning platform (academy.iec.ch).
With a background that includes instructional design, in both formal education and workplace learning settings, Ian has over fifteen years’ experience working in learning related roles.
This has included working with various formats and approaches for a wide range of audiences.
